Reconstruction of 'Sayana' cinema has been awaited by the residents of Ivanovskoe during nearly 15 years. Finally, the works were started! Anton Zharkov and the representative of our company Alexander Dorovskiy came to the visit with the inhabitants of Moscow.
They told about the future contents of the building: several cinema halls, coffee bar, hobby groups for children and adults.
In the morning, for the pupils, exhibition of films concerning the curriculum, and for the pensioners, exhibition of classics of Soviet cinema is planned.
We promised to preserve the title of 'Sayana' which is the title of the cinema for 35 years.
It is planned to finish all the works after a year on the City Day.

About the project
We reconstruct over 30 soviet movie theatres in densely populated urban areas of Moscow, transforming them into modern neighbourhood centres — the meeting places for business and customers. We aim at creating a comfortable environment with qualitative shopping and leisure opportunities at the doorstep of 10 million Muscovites, living in between of the Third Ring Road and Moscow Ring Road.
